Fibreglass front airdam. Only badges are the '260Z' ones on the front guards. Rust? Some paint reaction on tailgate where badges used to be. Hasn't gotten any worse in the 15 years I've had the car. Same for a couple of spots above the left rear tail light. Something just above the C pillar on right side. Again, hasn't gotten any worse during my ownership of the car so I haven't done anything about it. Passenger's door might need a repaint some time, paint reaction/scratch. Sirpent
Hi Just to give everyone a heads up, I actually went down to visit James and look at this car and in my opinion, the defects in the paintwork are not rust spots showing their ugly heads, what it looks like from experience is a degree of humidity in the paintwork from when it was resprayed resulting in bubbles, had they been rust the defects by this stage would have burst due to the fact that expanding rust has this effect. I crawled over this car and found that there have not been any major accident repairs, this is a clean good solid body and mechanically looks very much in order, I'm not sure if James mentioned this but it is also running an R200 LSD. What people have to add up when considering this car is that unlike a period car which may need $1000's in rust repairs, this car does not, The inside under the carpets looks like it came out of the factory yesterday. Additionally, buyers should calculate the cost of the mods done to this car, take these factors into account and base it on a $4000.00 - $5,000.00 rat car needing major restoration, rust repairs and all of the mods listed and see what it adds up to. The only deterring factor to this car is that it will eventually need a respray, but I would dare say not a bare metal job, rather a resurfacing back to the underlaying paint material as the defects only look to be paint deep. James and i are not connected in any way and this is my professional opinion based on my experience in the panel trade. Cheers John
Nacks
hi.......do you have any pics of the rear and under the car? Here you go. I don't have any of underneath the car sorry. Suffice to say it's straight, clean and non-rusted. Thank you for the unsolicited appraisal Sirpent.

Nacks
would u consider a swap for a GTR Interesting hypothetical. I don't mind Skylines at all, good cars generally. The thing is, I'm trying to lower the number of cars we currently own, down from three to two.
