Anyone in Vic no where to get a road worthy?

atill know of a place that can help? need to submit rwc online have 5 days to transfer car into name its lowered and the exhaust isnt approved other then that its road worthy buy the cost and time to fix this and get a new rwc to submit online in between work and moving house just oaid the years rego a couple weeks ago. cheers
