  1. There's something seriously wrong with the character line alignment on the left front guard and door, not that it would affect alignment but is that a 260z front guard?
  2. Thanks Retro Z. PM sent
  3. Hi all, I'm down in Tassie and am on the hunt for a sound repairable 240Z bonnet. Obviously local would be more convenient but if i have to ship one down from "Australia" I'll look into it. Not looking for a bargain just happy to pay a fair and reasonable price. Cheers Andrew
  4. Thanks to everyone for their responses, I'm looking for a good 240/260z basis to build a tarmac rally car having run an mgbgt for the last 7 years. The green 240 would have been ok at face value but for the question mark regarding chassis alignment. Does anyone have any knowledge of the red 260z on MY105?. It ticks the boxes from cams logbook perspective along with cage and seats etc. but looks a little tired and has been on the market for a long time. Living in Tassie makes inspection a bit more challenging so any first hand insight is appreciated. Thanks Andrew
  5. Thanks Lurch, I appreciate the "heads up". The last thing I want is nasty and potentially expensive surprises. Thanks Mark, that's a good observation, the seller has indicated that 36k would buy the car. I certainly would find a more original car more attractive though.
  6. Hi, I'm new to the forum and was wondering if anyone has looked at this car or has any observations to make, I'm pretty keen to buy it if everything stacks up. Thanks in advance, Andrew
  7. Thanks Huw, I'll check them out.
  8. Hi all, I'm new to the forum and am on the hunt for the vinyl that covers the transmission tunnel on my 70'? 240Z. Cheers Andrew
