  1. Thanks for the welcome. Feel at home already. Yes that as me having a bit of fun around Spa. I seamed to find the groove and put in a few quick laps. I love that track so much as it really suits the cars long legs. The car is running 392hp at the flywheel. Boost is restricted to 14psi although its pretty hard to control at this due to standard turbos with integral waistegates. The cars pretty heavy at around 1250kg with me in it and half a tank of fuel. I've tried to build an allrounder that is still a pleasure to get in and drive a couple of hundred miles, get well over 30 mpg on a run, and surprise a few people at the strip or on the track. I've attchieved this but will still continue to evolve the car to try and just that little bit more from the package I've got. To me that all part of the fun of the car.
  2. I thought I'd cut the corner a little on the exit Had lots of fun in that session until I run out of fuel!
  3. Hi everyone. I've had a 240z since 2006 and its continuously evolving as I get some spare money. It's been a real budget build with me doing virtually all the work including my first respray back in 2006. It's running a pretty standard 1jz motor with an r154 box. A few suspension and brake upgrades and this year I put in a custom cage with bucket seats and harnesses. Just got back from which I really enjoy. I use a car for drag track and general road use whenever I get the chance. I've kept things pretty mild so I don't loose the daily driver appeal. Haveing said that, it laps spa in 3 minutes dead without traffic, brands hatch in under 1 minute and my best quarter mile was 11.2@131mph at santa pod. Hoping to get in the 10's soon. This is on road tyres with standard ecu, turbos, and injectors.
