Constable Crane will not be charging me. I have to go in for a interview now to put my side on tape. Then the police are gonna say well we can't decide who is right so it becomes a civil matter and the police will not get involved anymore. This is coming from my lawyer.

All I can say is its been like 3 weeks I have spoken to police and removed the item whilst I was dealing with them. Lindsay wrote on here that he reported it to police. Lindsay knows I have them and knows where i live. I have not been charged with theft and I am still in possession of them.

Lindsay you have issues. Just so everyone knows my name is Ash and I worked at Zshop for Lindsay. Lindsay could not pay me for my work so he begged me to stay working and gave me the webers. I said to him once he can pay me I will give them back as I had no use for them other wise I would sell them. Another week went past and he couldn't pay me again so I walked out on him. A week or so later I asked him to fix me up what he owes me and offered the webers back to him but he could not afford to pay me my weeks work Nor for the webers back. I have spoken to the police about all this and they agreed with me that the webers are mine. Lindsay is trying to say that the webers belong to a customer of his called bob Rogers but the truth is Lindsay is in that much debt he had to sign over his business to bob when he went to jail a few years back. So everything Lindsay owns is in bob Rogers name not a customer. I did pull the webers off this forum as the police were investigating it and it has all come up clear.
