Hey guys, I am wanting to build an L28 motor for my 240, it has an E88 head fitted on an L26 block at the moment ,with a mild port job, cam etc already carried out , when I go over the previous posts re head builds it seems that the most popular one mentioned is the N42 , is there any reason for this or is my E88 a good starting point as it already has most of the work done. It will be going onto an L28 block running around 10.5:1 compression and triple 45mm webers. Thanks for the advice.

Hi, I am after a set of triple 45mm webers to suit an L28, prefererably with manifold and linkages etc . Does anybody have a set they are wanting to sell? Thanks Satrat z

Thanks for the tip on the white one in Ballina, I enquired but it was removed from the market. Good news though I ended buying a very tidy 1970 240z in Brisbane body # 0000329 and am very happy with it but cannot bring myself to do any modifications on her as I had planned, so am now looking for another 240 but one more suitable for turning into a everyday driver/club car. So if anybody out there knows of another 240 for around $10-$15k it would be great to hear from you, Thanks.

Hi Guys, I am a previous 240z owner from many years ago and am now wanting to join the club again. I would love to hear from anyone with a 240z for sale , preferably as original as possible with only an L series engine fitted. I live in Coffs Hbr but am willing to travel interstate to look at the right car. My budget is around the $10-$20k mark depending on the condition. Hi guys, First of all an excellent club with a huge amount of knowledge to benefit from. I have owned a 240 z many years ago and loved it but had to sell it after 5 years ownership and am now wanting to get back into being a Z owner. If anyone has a 240 z as original as possible is my preference, but with the usual mods like L28 installed etc ,for sale I would love to hear from you.
