  1. Good Morning, I have been a member here since 2012, BUT up until now haven't formally introduced myself. My name is Rick and I am fortunate enough to currently own a 1972 Silver 240z. I have previously owned 3 other 240z's and will soon be building another over the next couple of years. I look forward to contributing more to the forum and getting to know all you guys. Might see you at the upcoming BBQ on the 17th Jan. Rick

  7. Wanting a TOP QUALITY 240z Shell. Must have ID PLates. The less rust the better... If the rest of the car comes with it then ok...
  8. Good Evning all, My name is Rick and I recently purchased my 240z from my cousin. I will post up some photos in the near future. Anyways, I have decided to improve the car, by firstly re-building the engine, on the way to full 100% restoration. What I am trying to achieve is a very strong and powerful NA... engine, that will start everytime i turn her over. My first car was a genuine 1972 GTR XU1 torana, and I had to keep that engine as original as possible due re-sale value. I also own a Genuine 1993 Nissan GTR V-spec, which i have in original factory condition with only 65k on the clock. So as a collector I have no intention of ever modding anything on her. As my 240z has a 2.8L block, I have decided to rebuild it, and rebuild it very strong. I live Bayside in Melbourne, and am happy to take it to anywhere in Melbourne that is known for delivering the best L series engine rebuilds. Look forward to hearing from someone. Regards
