Hey guys.. i have the rear hatch seals.. i have the inside and outside seals.. can someone tell me where their spose to go? i tried test fitting them this afternoon.. and was even more confused..? its a 26 2+2.. Also.. putting the rear hatch lock on.. i broke a screw inside a thread.. flush with the body.. whats the best way of getting it out? drilling it out? thanks.
woopsy.. mine is actually 100mm wide. and 69mm high. Sorry. It is a 75 260 2+2. not sure how i got 78mm high.. guess i was just excited that i had another piece of my car with me, but i know have the whole car with me!! "the crowd rejoices"!
Finally.. i had the parts here for a few months.. and now.. i have the rest of the car!!! woohoo!! time to start project 26. i will take some photos of it soon and post them up!
2nd that.. 500 bucks. there's alot of work in it.. and alot of surface rust. heck.. my 260 cost me $600.. with a fresh new respray. Just cause its a classic.. doesn't mean he has to pay premium price.
it looks like a copy of the tru fit stock? might give them a call. i tried calling tru fit.. and some asin lady answered.. put me on hold and i sat for ten minutes.. and still no one picked up.. so i will try these guys.
As the title says.. if the 240 was the fairlady in jpan.. and the 240z in americo.. would the 260 still be classified as the fairlady? considering its just just an updated model of the s30 series? I believe it is.
im guessing its not modified.. but its ok to run bp ultimate? and how does this additive work? pour x amount into fuel tank before putting fuel in?? sorry.. ive not had to do this before.
Im not sure which section this needs to be in.. and may seem like a very basic question.. but. what fuel should i run my standard 260 on? i was thinking about bp ultimate like the 32? will i need that lead replacement stuff? its a 74 model 260? thanks guys.
ok.. tonight is still a go ahead for those who get this before this evening.. hoefully its not too late. i will be there in my bt-50.. it has shieldcoat plastered across the rear of it.
i measured my guard to wheel centre line today.. the fronts are 370mm.. and the rear are 450mm.. who has a standard height car.. and who has lowered? can you measure your height's so i can see where mine is sitting in retrospect? thanks.
