Well I'm not entirely sure about their history, but I know Isuzu Geminis exist. Not 100% sure but I thought the Holdens were rebadged Isuzus either assembled in Australia or built under license. The keys for a 'Holden' Gemini are actually Isuzu. Either way, the Holden Gemini is based on the Isuzu Gemini, which is a Japanese car.

Anything on Geminis in it ? If there is might be able to sell my brother a copy. He's obsessed...

Well been off my Ps for a bit now, had my good old reliable Sierra since my Ls. She's a fun car, especially offroad but I'm just getting a bit sick of a car that doesn't drive nicely, I want a car that's a pleasure to drive on the road. I'd describe driving Suzi as interesting at best, scary at worst. Someone once summed Sierras up pretty well, the ride of a skateboard, the aerodynamics of a fridge and the interior comforts of a tent. So I've been thinking of getting an actual 'car', not a 4by. The gf has been telling me to get something like a falcon or commodore... *yawn* I want a car with some character behind it, something more unique and one with a bit of poke. Putting your foot flat to the floor to get up to 50 gets dull after awhile, although then again feeling like you're going to take off doing 100 makes it a bit more exciting. So anyway, I have my eye on either of a 240Z, 260Z, 260Z 2+2. Not really fussed or sure which I'd like to get. I'm used to not really having any practical cargo or passenger space so that's no problem, I don't expect insane performance and as I said I like the look of them, I've secretly wanted a fastback coupe for a while. Anyway, so well firstly I have to ask. Any reasons not to get one ? Well more importantly though, how much realistically should I save ? I know that would vary quite a bit, I'd like one with a straight body with minimal rust and an engine that hasn't been completely run into the ground. I've only got a couple of grand, so obviously need more. Want to work out how much cash to stuff into my matress. I've only got a few
