guys might be parting out with the seats because im getting alot of interest in them. all 3 no separating msg me and make me an offer ! mint conition only damage is the rear of the back seat the stitching has come apart maybe like 50mm long very small and easy fix.

no thanx mate i already stated not parting with it im either selling it or it sits in the garage till i have time to do it. and 300 for these seats no way in hell mate i have had big offers on them before because of how mint they are

yea thats the thing man they look good when they are complete but once u strip them then ur like fu*! same with me man my dads a panel beater and my brotherinlaws a mechanic the interior is mint so cost me paint and few other bits to do this car but i just dont have the time. gluck with yours man will love to see it once its done.

wish i had the time man i really do but im flat out atm home renovations if my mum sees me go near the car ill get killed. I might be able to put the bonnet guards back door on but there is no point bolting all the interior back in as it needs to get carpeted anyway.

Hey guys im so not wanting to post this right now but i have to as i have no car and i need to rebuild my skyline engine. Im selling the car i have had it for 1 half years and have done few things to it. Body condition - Car has a bit of rust in the usual spots like battery area bottom of the side skirts and petrol cap and i have made panels up for the side skirts and the petrol cap area other than that the car is in pretty good condition almost no dints little work needed! Cant stress enough everything is there front rear bumpers all interior. it was a complete car and will be sold complete! Engine and Auto Box - Engine was in the car when i got it and the box and i drove it around for about a month to the shops here and there ran like a dream engine was rebuilt before i got it and i have freshend up the engine with some new paint looks really good. The auto changes perfect original 2.6l with original carbs and have extractors to go with it. Interior - All the interior is in the car trims dash console belts has it all!!!!!! only thing the car needs is carpet you would never believe the condition of the interior of my car and how original it is. Final - Im not to fussed if i sell the car if it comes down to it i will restore it and keep it but extra cash would help me. I am so lucky to have found a car with this kind of interior and its so rare to find a Z these days with seats that look like they just came out of the factory!!!!! Wow that is one of the hottest Z's i have seen! Did he put an after market rear bar and mold it to the body ? I hate standard rear of the Z i might have to do what he did looks more neat than having two big holes in the rear of the car.

Ok i see a few threads like this and i did one on my skyline GT-R on skylines Australia forums so thought i would do one on here as my project is about to go back into production. For years i have wanted a Datsun 260z even when i was on my p's but somehow i ended up with a GT-R because i wanted massive power and traction! In November 2007 i lost my license for 10 months and not because i was driving my GT-R i was in a Nissan pulsar. Anyway one day my friend and i were taking the long way home along farm areas and my goal was to find and old Z that was in a farm somewhere or someone old owned it and me and my dad could work on in together. As we were driving i looked out my window and saw a 260z i was in shock it was there i had been searching and all along there was one at this farm, we stopped and checked it out and i called the guy he said $1,000 and its yours i looked at the interior and the seats looked like they just came out of the factory so i did not waste time and got my hands on it. I drove the car home unregistered that week ran really rough it is auto and its a 2x2, First thing i did was spark plugs and engine oil and ran like a dream after that was really smooth but carbys needed a tune and i realized i would not be happy with no power. I have been taking photos as i go but as i get more into it obviously i will post as i go so you can see the build up. Ok well i can only up load 4 pictures which is G*Y!!! All these pics under are the project under way. yea i know i didn't drive it for 6 months got back in it i thought i was in a drag car! MM im not really good at the sourcing my own parts thing i have no idea where to even start!

yea i read that thread b4 was interesting, Im on the net all day so i guess i can hunt one down but it will not be easy as it looks like im not the only one looking for a new motor. I want a tough reliable motor with good power let me know when yours is in i would love to take a spin in a Z with this build to see what i have to look forward to !

mate i think im going for the exact same goal as you track days and street use. Im used to having 260kw at all four wheels and instant boost but this will be a big change! Did you supply the block? or did he supply it? I have a standard 260z engine runs perfect no problems at all and standard carb's. Is this place a performance shop or is it someone who does engines backyard ?

yea thats the 1 in glen ires so where is yours getting done and how much is it getting done for ? they supplying the block ? fill me in on the details obviously your way ahead of me ..

Hi guys as it sais im going to let my GT-R go so that my datsun can get a new motor manual conversion nice wheels I spoke to Z shop they recommended that i go f54 p90. i might drop 5k just on the engine and gear box so does anyone have any suggestions? PS: i dont want a turbo i dont want an engine conversion just something that has some power and is easy to get done no custom stuff.?
