There was very minimal rust on this section, I stripped all of the paint and filler off with my grinder and a wire wheel.. very effictive way of stripping... just a bit noisy and time consuming. -

You can see that she's been in an accident previously.. I'm going to cut the bent panel off and fabricate a new one for this seciton. -

Area completely stripped of paint and filler.. prepped with rust converter and primed, The bent panel is getting cut off and a new section welded on -
Awesome work guys the pics look sweet as !! i'll have to get my butt down to one of your photo shoots one day to check out some of the sweet z's you lot have :) It's certainly some inspiration to get mine finished a lot quicker !!!!!!! Benny

Hey, Have you been and seen the guys at Zworks in Mordialloc ? They have got heaps of shells down there and stacks of wrecks sitting around... Might pay to get in touch with them !
