I purchased this car back in 2017 from Luke in Picton NSW, it's second owner. Luke purchased the car from it's original owner Laurie Ogle back in 2007/8. Hence the LO custom plates. Laurie was unfortunately getting older and no longer able to easily get in and out of the car. Laurie purchased the car new from Capitol Motors in Sydney (Arnold Glass Dealership), and it was delivered as an Auto 71 240z in 904 White with Blue interior.

It is the only known HS30 in the world in this combination that I'm aware of (1 of 1). It still has the original matching no's motor and auto jatco box.

It is very original is nearly everyway, but is missing the metal fan in the engine bay. It has 71 date stamped Topy wheels along with the original D hubcaps. The original fender mirrors were removed and the drivers side mirror was cut and modified to fit on the door. The passenger mirror is long gone sadly.

The original books and owners manuals are still present along with the dealer delivery card. This is a very honest car, but the paint is patina'd and will need a refresh in future. Sadly under Luke's stewardship the car has developed some superficial rust, so may have spent some time outdoors.

The car has now been moved from NSW (where it's spent 49 years of it's life to Victoria).

My plan for now is to get the car road registered and have it as a rolling restoration. The only item currently not working is a reverse globe (left hand side) and the electric antenna. However the radio and all gauges work fine.

Finding unrestored examples like these is getting harder and harder as each year goes by.
