53-681 Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 Hi Everyone, I've rang up a couple of KYB and Monroe resellers (I obviously don't want Monroe, but the sell them anyway) inquiring about some shockers for my 2+2. Unfortunately and ironically, all the stores report back saying that they can get front shocks no worries, but absolutely no shocks for the rear. My question now is: I'm wondering whether or not I can use standard 2-seater 260 or 240 rear shocks/struts on my 2+2??? Otherwise I'm going to have to order some Tokico (Winfield) Blue's from over the states which is a very hefty price I must say just for shocks... Much appreciated my dearest Z family! Quote
YosemiteZed Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 Hi Lookup KYB 361003 They are shocks for 280z but they cross reference to the 260 2+2 if you after 5/75 to 12/78 if you model is pre that date you might be in trouble. Email sales@ultracheapauto.com.au at Kempsey,NSW Ph 02 6562 4961. have them Cross reference KYB361003 for rears and KYB 361002 for fronts on internet will give you the answers Cheers Phil Quote
