Baja Burley Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 when converting to EFI i bought a whole bunch of 8mm bolts to suit the carby intake manifold but EFI uses different hole in the block, seems 10mm. Can anyone recollect the actuall thread? i think its M10x1.25. Google wasnt much help either.. Cheers Quote
nizm0zed Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 without walking out to my shed and looking for my thread gauge (which im not going to do) i am 99% sure they are M10 1.25mm. however, i do know 100% that they are the same as the RB30 (and other RB motors) Exhaust/Inlet manifold studs, as i replaced all of the ones on my motor with some new leftover RB30 exhaust studs i had in my toolbox. Moderators Zedman240® Posted December 26, 2011 Moderators Posted December 26, 2011 The thread pitch of 1.25 sounds right; alot of bolts on cars are always a fine metric. A pitch of 1.5 is very coarse when you compare them. Quote
