rubber seal kits

i ordered and paid for a seal kit for 260 Z 2+2 from Datsun Restore

U.S.of A. on the 19 th. of January i have checked with Australia Post and it has not arrived in Australia. It was suposed to be sent economy air,

but now they cannot confirm wether it went by air or sea.

Has anybody dealt with this company before, have i wasted my time and

money?

if by sea it can take around 6-8 weeks.............it's happened to be with another US company.

 

Depends when they sent it out I guess.

i was told they posted it 21-01-07.

also led to believe delivery 1-3 weeks.

which i am told is about right for

economy air delivery.

If it went sea mail it could take anything up to 3 months.

 

I asked the guy at the post office when I hadn't received some parts from the US after about 8 weeks, and he told me that sometimes it takes up to 6 months, but I thought that was a bit far-fetched.

 

Anyway it turned up a week later.

 

If you paid for Air and it went sea, I'd be asking for a refund of shipping charges, because they stuffed up, and because you had to wait so long for it to arrive.

forwarded E-Mail from Australia Post in which they said that the seller should make enquiries from US Postal Services.

Seller has as yet not replied.

6 days since my last E-Mail to him.

Will try again today.

I had an issue with a centre console I bought on Ebay. Guy told me he sent via ship it took good part of 3-4 months to arrive. Came out of the blue one day was really suprised cause I thought he had ripped me off, but it arrived perfectly. It was too late to leave any feedback on Ebay for him that's how long it had been.
