el grubbo Posted March 8, 2007 Author Posted March 8, 2007 sorry dude, is to do with eng certificate,if it is a oz block with turbo setup doesnt reqire catalitic converter and pollution crap,if it is a import jobby,it does so just wanted to know what it is and whether there is a difference in numbers for the engineering guy would pick up on?
