The clean out continues.

 

No longer needed, I have a genuine L6 Air Con Compressor Mount, Idler Pulley & Harmonic Pulley available for sale.

 

I have cleaned these up and re-enameled the items shown, I have cleaned up the aluminium mount as best as I can.

 

The idler pulley bearing is free spinning and shows no signs of ware.

 

Complete with this assy comes the air-con harmonic drive pulley which bolts onto your existing Harmonic Balancer.

It's Solid .... not Shiny.

If I painted the block silver and chromed the sump that would be shiny.

 

Now what I really want to paint is the car in shiny aluminum silver like an old DC3 (flying beer can). Know anyone who can do that ?

I saw an old Porsche ratrod done in the same theme and it was ....wow! It had that 50's sort of brutal rawness about it that made it cool.

The chrome finish is now available as opposed to the so called chrome finish of years back.

 

Check out the McLaren F1 cars, they use it and you would swear they were built out of polished aluminium.
