Wanted - 240Z tail lights (Broken lenses OK)

I've ordered a set of reproduction tail light lenses from Japan via Otomoto.  I was planning to remove the lenses from my existing tail lights, (US spec - red indicators instead of amber), & install the new lenses but given that I've never done this before there's a good chance I'll break something.

 

If anyone has a set of 240 tail lights with broken lenses I'd be keen to buy them to avoid trashing my existing lights.

 

Alternatively if someone wants to swap their good Aus spec lights for my crap US ones....

Come on people, they're just sitting there taking up room in your shed.  You'll never fix them.  Sell them to me & use the $ to go mad on eBay...

I'd never done it before either but with a heat gun mine popped straight off.

Low heat oven can do the trick also

Thanks for the advice guys.  We've got an oven with good temperature control & a thermostat that starts at 50 deg. C so that is my plan B.

 

Having said that, I'd still prefer to fix some broken units if someone is willing to part with them...
