biscuitballs Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Hi all, here's a bar I've built specifically for an Intercooler...it's solid and the recesses for the indicator's would need to be cut if you intend to use it on the road...with blinkers As you can see from the foil area, the shaping of the intake has been designed to maximise airflow to the radiator, i'cooler and oil cooler - aesthetically - it makes for a very aggressive front end...especially with canards. Happily kept the RB30 cool @ QR during those balmy Qld summer days... Postage may be abit steep - but happy to drop it off to a local depo of your choice. $400 Gav 0403 21 6969 Quote

How much was it to make? I have been keen to get something like that for a while and I was an idiot for missing out on yours lol Cheers Scott Hi Scott, yup, you missed out on a good one. The bar was made from scratch and the most expense was in terms of all the labour that went into it. The time spent getting it to sit just right led to very many frustrating late night fabrication sessions… Interestingly, I get more calls about it since it’s sold than I did when it was actually for sale…maybe ppl are beginning to realise what a custom bar is worth to get made?
