Externally Adustable Koni's Rear 260z or 2+2 55mm strut leg

I've got a pair of rear Koni's for a 260z or a 2+2. Custom bodies (50mm shorter)  and custom valving to suit firm street or track work. They are externally adjustable via a knob on the top of the shaft.

You need to have 55mm strut legs to fit these inserts, 240z legs won't work. You will also need to section you strut leg, or make a new leg from 4130 to use these inserts, or space the bottom of the strut. The insert is 50mm shorter than stock to give acceptable bump travel with lowered suspension.

I bought these brand new from Steve Newing at EFI hardwarde who set the custom valving. They haven't been used since purchased. I paid $540 for them.

I'm all good with sectioning the strut tube but what do you mean by 4130?

4130 Chromoly Tube, used in roll cages and other critical components...

Hmm that's a good idea, make a new strut tube altogether.
