Where is the best place to find out part #s especially j-spec parts?

nissan would be your best bet they still stock alot of parts i have found, other than that ebay usa

I'm after the plastic/rubber bits that fit between the fender mirrors and guards.

 

I just feel that nissan will go fender mirrors... you got a part # for that?

they have been really good with me never asked for a part number. i have ordered some strange things like springs for my gbox etc

Not if you speak to Trevor at Brighton Nissan, I do know the fender mirrors are NLA though, not sure if you'd have much luck getting that part but its worth giving him a call to find out.
