waxhead Posted August 30, 2009 Author Posted August 30, 2009 Were you there today ?? what were you driving Here is a right up of the last race Its so close and so much fun Right i need to straighten out a few things K STAR the turn one you discribed was very different from where i was all i could see was a black wheel on my right and a blue nose cone on my left and then i clenched some small muscles down bellow What a corner i have never seen you that fired up before you took the corner off me and that was that, past , gone awesome. That was a day i didnt think was going to be, low numbers but some very hot racing and big smiles, during the week Paolo had offered some, (what he called) race parts that consisted of the largest bar ends i have ever seen and a small plastic ring that he said if i fit it to the variator would help me out, Paolo had the PMX up to speed and snapping at my heals and now there is another at the pointy end ready to jump on any mistake. Great day for the new engine that recorded 10100rpm and 1045degrees F exhaust temp very big numbers and very scary. Time for some GPS IMPORT parts as the trany was not up to that sort of engine, but you get that with standard trany parts. Great to see WAX out there (block passing) having fun, lets hope he cant find the right suspension settings or he will blast off into the distance. You missed a great day ROB but with your new engine being run in, good to see you taking it easy.If i had a camera on the front it would have a AEROX tail light all over it. The last race was won of the best in a long while with WAX in the leed then Paolo, being hunted by Kstar, then me, i got passed both of them thinking that was that , but oh no Kstar was going ape into turn one taking the corner off me like a champion and pulling away for a while,so it was time to extract the diget and go for the leed i got up beside WAX but that rush of horsepower made short work of my lung for the line. mtopxsecret6 Posted August 30, 2009 Posted August 30, 2009 sorry wax, not today. Im normally there with a mate, who races the shieldcoat evo 9. Im yet to take out my 32 on the track at lakeside, it's setup for drift, so im a bit hesitant to hit the track in a circuit race as its pretty slippery as you can imagine. Quote
waxhead Posted August 30, 2009 Author Posted August 30, 2009 Ahh ok I came over that side for a look today and ate some of the food from the canteen I think the food took 10 years off my life He is a youtube of my bike on its first start you can hear the sound but i was trying to keep it from taking off so camera action is everywhere Quote
