After thinking about it for a little while, I have decided that I have a few too many projects and less time to spend on them. I have two 260Z 2+2's and I can only really spend the time on one of them. Therefore I offer my second Z for sale. I have owned it for 18 months and in that time I have done absolutely nothing to it ( other than start it and move it round the place when I mow the lawn ), I dont know how best to describe it's overall condition other than to call it a 'resto' project. I have also listed the car on Ebay. The engine starts and runs, the car selects gears and drives/stops but make no mistake you wont be driving it home, a trailer will be required to move the car safely. The floors in the front of the car are pretty much shot and will need replacement, also there has been some damage repaired at the front of the car by Stevie Wonder's bodyshop. The front drivers guard/headlight bucket is scrap for sure, the bonnet should be salvageable however. There is paint missing around the car, especially on the roof. There are rust bubbles around the car, most of the seals are needing replacement but the glass is good, the lights dont seem to work, it doesnt have it's original alloys - these have been replaced by a set of 'Cheviot' wheels, also the steering wheel is an aftermarket job, the original boot carpet is missing, the windows have been tinted but very poorly but it does have a funky sun blind thing on the rear window. I'm happy to hold the car for a club member while transport is arranged and I will of course be available for collection of the vehicle whether by a shipping company like backloads.com or for you in person.
