Is repro rubberware any good?

Hello folks,

I'm looking at getting some rubbers parts to keep the evil water out,

in particular the short rubber seals at the front upper corner of the door shells.

I think Datsun called these "rubber-sealing door front" with a part number of 80931-N4501.

Are the American repro's any good? They seem to be fairly cheap even taking into account exchange rates and some P&P, www.thezstore.com has them listed.

Are the genuine parts better?

What have you guys used successfully?

 

In the other areas, is there repro rubber from one supplier which is better than the others?

Rare Spares lists body rubber for 240/260 but they don't have the little bits I want.

 

I suppose the quality may vary between batches so the same brand might have a opposing opinions about the fit and durability, but I'll take on board whatever opinions I can get.
