Michael Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 Well After Struggling to find takers for The L28 N42/N42 Combo Out of my old 260z 2+2 Engine, Ive finnaly decided its time for me to pick up something new to do which is An L28E =] My 240z (picture Below) Came with a 240z Carb'd L28 With 1mm overbore "From memory of what he said... " A Fairly aggresive cam, 6 into 1 3 inch Extractors, Reco N42 head Such such He also gave me a Full setup of Efi Gear with it Suggesting it diddnt work because it would run properly with the Above engine Thus! I had a complete running 240z, And on the side still had my 260z's Standard L28 With a full set of EFI Gear So The build begins! Since Im not sure where the engine will end up when Finished, Ive decided to take the extra time and Make it more Appealing in both my eyes and a Potential Buyers eyes =] Anyway heres what i came up with starting sometime this afternoon Mainly just starting to clean the Engine Bllock then Sarted to clean up some Accessory parts To get me in the mood To Somewhat get exited to Finish it Quote

modular9 Posted March 29, 2009 Posted March 29, 2009 Got the same sort of ( engine ) setup with a choice of su carbs/triple carbs or efi. Very interested in the whole conversion to efi and what else you do. Keep up the good work. Quote
