The date that would suit me the best would be the 16th of April because it is in my uni holidays... it is the only time I won't have an 8am start the next day Here is the cinema website: http://www.drive-intheatre.com.au/index.htm The movies playing back to back that night are: Fast and the Furious and 'To be announced' (im hoping watchmen, i would love to see it again) Movie starts at 7:15 pm so not sure how we would sort out the drive, maybe meet somewhere central and head on down the highway? Jospef Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Hahaha. If I don't get it fixed they'll have to put me away . I was quoted $350 to fully fix the head at a specialised head mechanic. Called up a zed shop, he wanted $150 for a decent one. So I think I'll go with the zed shop. Quote

sexual_sushi Posted April 12, 2009 Posted April 12, 2009 excellent (except garvice, we'll catch up another time ) http://www.drive-intheatre.com.au/ the movie starts at 715, i just checked the website and they have switched them around so pink panther is first and then fast and the furious starts at 845. it will be around peak hour so steve and I were just talking and we are going to leave around 6ish from kanagroo point (my gf's house) but we can all meet there. Steve and I should get there before 7. We'll try and get a spot around the front 3rd towards the screen and in the middle. Like we have said before, if you don't have a zed come along anyway, it's just a social meet and bring some friends! Quote

If all goes well (i.e. no other problems) I'll still be on track to make it. Is anyone coming from Gold Coast way that wants to meet on the way there? I'm thinking the Coomera BP/truckstop would be easy enough to get to. Quote

Steve and I and one of my friends will be leaving from my Gf's house in Kangaroo Point so if you are keen I could pm you the address? It's just that it's a real small street with parking on only one side so it can't handle too many cars. Unless we could meet at the Mcdonalds in Kangaroo Point? We will be leaving 6 sharp. Quote
