Some details: It's N42 on N42 Has East bear ( Japanese Performance) triple weber inlet manifold match ported to Triple 45 webers DCOE made in Italy (matching set) It came bored to 3.0L Has East Bear tuned length extractors Absolutely no leaks on carbs or motor. It was freshened about 20,00 ks ago but was idle for about 2.5 years. The work was carried out by Daryll Penley at Automotive tuning Centre in Welshpool Perth. Paper work is available. It's all in in very good condition and is still in my datsun C210. Anyone in W.A is welcome to inspect. It's on "you tube" under "C210 L28". There's a brief video taken not so long ago. If your interstate and interested , get some from over here to check it out. Looking for about $3500. Quote

webbered six Posted March 16, 2009 Author Posted March 16, 2009 Hi, the person who imported it used it as a track car ( weekends only) running it on av gas mostly. When I bought the car I was living in Kalgoorlie and only drove it twice a week during car club days, as I worked 8 on 4 off. After owning it for 2 years I gave it to Daryll Penley ( a well respected rally and datsun enthusiast) from Automotive Tuning Centre to freshen. It did'nt need much. I had it for a few more years, then sold it to buy my wifes cousins XW GS falcon. I sold the datsun to a friend who like myself left Kalgoorlie, he pulled the motor and ditched the C210. The motor sat for about 2.5 years until I bought it back as I'd found a $ 300 2 door C210 coupe which the motor is in currently. It's on you tube heading is C210 L28. It's only brief but was taken recently. The wind was blowing so it stifles the sound a bit. Maybe I should do another one. Since the freshen it's done about 20,000 ks, some hard, some not. I have'nt had it on a dyno, they charge a lot but i might look into it. Quote
