selaga Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Complete engine and gearbox still in a car. Currently on ebay, as I am not really sure what the going rate is for Z parts. I will welcome any advice as to what the current market prices are...... Happy to take offers, and possibly split into three entities, carbies, motor and gearbox. Here is the link.... http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=130222248646&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=003 Number is in the ad. Cheers, Sel Quote
Lynton Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 A 72' 240Z eh! I would hold your motor and g/box and not sell them, your future buyer for a car like yours will want the originality, the car will be worth more if all original, not many early 240Z's left, just my 2 cents worth. Lynton Quote
Moderators Zedman240® Posted May 15, 2008 Moderators Posted May 15, 2008 Well said Lynton, at the very least keep the engine so the numbers all match. Carbies and gearbox can be replaced again but engine, when its gone...its gone! Quote
