It has surface rust as shown in pictures but has not even pitted and with a wire wheel would come up perfectly usable. Im located in Echuca (Vic) but if its not urgent often go to melbourne so could arrange something. Im asking $350 which will include a donation to the site Thanks, Matt Quote
