had a looks at a couple of articles, but can;t work it out. seems to be a press fit with 2 identations around the circumference can't get a grip on the cap due to the angel of the mounting bracket at the end. the cap is made fro very thin sheetmetal, so don;t want to damage it

do i need to make up some sort of a tool?
