Electric dizzy wiring help

Bought this elec dizzy off ebay, meant to be off R30, getting no spark.

 

Numbers are D6K9-05  5104  22100  S6706

 

I'm no wiring expert so i'll just tell you what i'm getting;

    12v+ at both positive and neg terminals at coil

    1.2v from both wires going from module to dizzy

 

I've attached a photo, let me know if something looks wrong/missing

Have you gone thru the pics and descriptions under elec dizzy upgrade which is sticky'd under the electrics postings ?

The red and green wires from inside the dizzy i had connected to the 2 connectors on the inside part of the module. With the red wire/connecter being closer to the cam cover and the green further away.

 

I then just ran 2 new wires, one being a 12v+ and the other a earth directly from the coil directly to the 'L' male connectors on top of the module. I had this method work with both the ballast resistor and without.

 

So on my coil i have a Black/white wire going to + and a solid black on the earth. Green and another black/white at the ballast resister which i have now bridged. If you bridge the wrong black/white wire with the green you will not get power to the coil.

 

I've attached a diagram similar to what ive done.
