zed4ps Posted February 19, 2014 Posted February 19, 2014 WOOPS: Was playing with the air flow meter on my series 1 l28 efi engine when, you guessed it, i let go of the spring. Anyone know of a way to reset the spring back to a starting point of which i can then advance to a better setting? Any help would be appreciated. dat2kman Posted February 23, 2014 Posted February 23, 2014 Get another one, from wreckers, prise black cover off and "feel" for the correct amount of tension/force is required to push flap door. Duplicate by winding more/less. You will definately know if too tight, too loose is a bit harder to feel. There will for sure be some grams per millimetre figure to set it to, in a workshop manual, but try getting the correct equipment to do so! Quote
