Re-attaching heater cables - need pics or workshop diagram

Recommended Posts

So I pulled my heater core and so forth out of the car some 3 years ago planning to get the heater and demister working again.  3 years later I'm trying to  reassemble it.  Does anyone have a pic of the way that the cables run to the actual heater controls?  I can't seem to figure it out.

Any photos or relevant pages of the workshop manual greatly appreciated.

Just compare the function of the cable and it's length to determine where it goes. One goes to the heater tap, the longest one goes to that flap where the blower motor is and the other operates the flaps for switching between demist and air to come through the front vent etc.. Oh, and make sure none of the wires are bent..leads to headaches when things don't function right.
