    It is the silver over blue, silver isn't so good these days. Blue still has some nice shine. Love the fact that I can drive it as we work on it. It won't know itself, it hasn't been touched hardly in about 10-12 years at a guess from knowing a bit of its history.

    It's started already lol Spend all weekend giving it a birthday of new things. Grease and crud from head to toe. Fun times =) I want a fairly plain example, just a tidy paint job with no nasties hiding underneath, nice set of rims to offset the paint, and lowered just a little. Nothing fancy. It's the stuff in it that counts =) engine,drivetrain and suspension all the way!

    I am lucky enough to have access to spare panels, so I can prep and have those ready to go, then it's just the body bits. Shouldn't be too bad, but yes, planning on an enjoyable cruise before the elbow grease =)

    thanks =) Rust in doors, guards so remove those for new. New drivers seat, new window trimming on drivers side back window. Rust around fuel filler needs cutting out and replacing with new metal. Windows need removing and rust killed/removed. Full bare metal strip back and rust kill. Then to the Wishlist..... Lots!!!!! Lol Wheels, manual g/box, suspension, paint............ Happy to drive the old girl as she is with some tlc along the way. Growing on me fast =)

    Hi All, My name is Jen, I'm from Tassie, and just recently just laid my hands on my old girl. She is in need of some love, having been neglected for many years. Has not quite hit 150,000 kms yet. Rust in spots, but overall fairly tidy and straight. Hoping to find a wealth of help and info here. Cheers in advance =)
