    Hi, especially the tasmanian members Have not been here for a while as have been busy working on shed in which i can store cars I am looking for any information i can get on a white datsun 260Z 2+2 that was road registered and being driven in Tasmania in the late 90's The car had been fitted with a 350 chev and turbo 400. Any information gratefully received especially about who built the car. Paul

    Hi fellow Z owners in in Tasmania I have only recently become a Z owner, well actually the Z is my partners and I will do the maintenance. I can service most earler cars and do basic work myself but would like to know if there are any mechanics or service centres that you would recommend for service and tune up. Would prefer somewhere around Hobart. Dont really have the time to drive to Dover this week and would like to go for a drive this weekend, hence wanting somewhere local Paul

    Thanks for the welcome and the tips, Yes Wayne it is a convertible, did you see it on a transporter? wasnt local, could not find one here so I imported from the north island of australia. Had to get re engineered as there was no modification plate, heard from engineer today and plate arrived so can go for rego inspection later this week. Am just figuring out how to upload some pictures. Have managed to put one picture in My gallery, not quite sure how i did it!!!

    Hi Just purchased a 260 Z 2 +2. Never owned one before but have alway liked them. Bought the car for my partner, she will drive but I will maintain it. Wont be driving it every day but do plan to use it regularly. Needs a few minor repairs and improvements and the first thing I will be looking for is a complete set of carpets and will post ad Paul
