yeh hey mossy.! hows your V8 project goin? i sold the MX5 about 4 months ago. the Z was the next car on my car bucket list. the 105 was good. im not real keen on the GTV6's mate. i think alfas should be kept as simple as possible.

Hi guys how you going. new to the forum trying to learn a bit about Z's before taking the plunge. im interested in a 240z or a 260z (not a 2+2) though manual transmission only if it didnt allready have it i would be looking to put a set of triple 40mm webers or dellortos a period style japanese exhaust, some rs watanabes chassis strength braces etc and some nice dampers with views to drive most days. i dont mind spending the money for the right car. can anyone tell me the chassis and body differences between the 240z and the 260z. im not very keen on the 2+2 at all. im not too concerned with the engine providing its in good shape i have never owned a datsun before but did used to own and drive a 105 series 1970 Alfa Romeo GT Junior with twin webers which i was crashed into and was written off (SADLY) so i understand the kooky older car culture. and the quirks that go with the car. any guidance or advise is greatly appreciated. thanks Garett
