The problem only occurs when the motors under load I have checked the tension of the bolt its ok.

Hi, I have a l24 in a mk patrol, after a hard time on saturday. ( 4wd AND HILL CLIMBING) The motor has a rattle (it appears to be comming from the front of the motor) but only when it is reved - when it is idleing no noise. I have had the rocker cover off and there is no damage. Also are the l24 efi exhast manifolds the same as the Na manifold. The mq has extractors, that a bit holy
