Thanks guys! I'll replace it this weekend. But just the same, as per Zedman's advice, I raised the idling RPM to 900 and the flashers worked! I was able to register my zed! Yeeha! Cheers! Whoosh

Thanks Zedman! I did trickle charge my battery to full and I still had the problem. I'll increase my idle and see how that works. It's currently set to 600-700 rpm. Just a quick question though - do you think there might be anything wrong with the turn signal relay or switch - is this a common Zed issue? Cheers! Whoosh

Hi All, My turn signals will light up but won't blink during low revs/idle. Any ideas on how to fix it? I noticed when I'm running at 2k rpm upwards, my signals blink fine. Thanks! Whoosh

Hi All, My 260z driver door won't open. The plunger/lock only goes halfway upwards and I can't pull it all the way up no matter how hard I try. Key doesn't work either. Any ideas how I can open it? I'd also appreciate information on what's wrong with it. Thanks! Whoosh

Hello everyone! I'm new to this site and I just wanted to ask for recommendations on zed body shops, engine body shops situated near Sydney. I have two 260zeds and their conditions are: 1) 1976 260z - Family has owned this since late 80s. Recently painted, body is mint but the stock L26 hasn't been run in years. I can get it to start, but I'd like to take it to a mechanic who knows what he's doing to give it a thorough check-up 2) 1978 260z - needs a new paintjob and rust repaired. I'm thinking of a wide body kit as well. L28 Engine runs and sounds great, but it's running quite rich at the moment. I'm thinking I need an SU carbie specialist to tune it / replace needles. Any advice/recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Cheers! Whoosh
