  1. Hi, I have 2 x 39:10 open diffs which I still don't know whether I need them for my resto. Happy to part with a set of half shafts, perhaps I could be talked-out of holding on to both diffs??
  2. Hi, it's too late! Turns out I had six - four caps and five silver and a gold. Taken by another Brisbane member who I think is going to keep them for a rainy day.
  3. I have had some interest but no actual offers for the L28 motor. There's been no interest as yet for the cam and 3 heads. Obviously I'd prefer to sell all of the items in Brisbane but if you can also give them a good home, I'd consider transporting them. The L28 is complete with startor motor, alternator and air con compressor. I serviced the carbies and dizzy and the motor started and ran quite smooth. Most of its 100,000kms life ran on gas. It was transferred from my nephew's 240K running gas and into the zed I am currently restoring but making way with a RB25DET. Perhaps we can wait a few days for Brisbane interest to cool before talking price. I'd be looking to transport the motor down the middle of next week.
  4. I wish I had your good sense to keep these for future but don't want to take them back to Canberra.

  6. A fellow member in Melbourne is also desperate. I have a RB25DET/260Z project so don't need any the L28 motors I have collected over the years. Both motors are running, one is standard from the existing 260Z and the other is from a former project which had the 2mm over-bore plus a few other goodies such as flat-top pistons, decked block (10/1 comp), ACT rego streetable cam, matched ports, 3-2-1 extractors, ram-tubes. Both motors are complete with alternators, startor motors, dizzies. Both have done around 100kms. The 88mm motor was fully rebuilt and taken-out about 8 years ago after my 260Z was rear-ended. I have other L-series bits and pieces including 5-speed gearboxes. All need a good home.
  7. Hi, I have two running complete L28 motors; one which has Toyota 88mm flat tops and the other with the normal dish. The flat top version has a mild Bert Jones & Son 280 degree duration. I am located in Brisbane. Ross
