Just some information on ordering a seal kit from the U.S.A. Ordered mid January, finally received early May. Front and rear screen rubbers o.k Door seals to short, hatch seal to large. Top of door seals missing. Quarter outer window seals missing. I ordered from America because i was led to believe a complete seal kit would be supplied. Lesson learned. go to some more trouble and buy in Aus. Cheers, peter.

forwarded E-Mail from Australia Post in which they said that the seller should make enquiries from US Postal Services. Seller has as yet not replied. 6 days since my last E-Mail to him. Will try again today.

i was told they posted it 21-01-07. also led to believe delivery 1-3 weeks. which i am told is about right for economy air delivery. peter.

i ordered and paid for a seal kit for 260 Z 2+2 from Datsun Restore U.S.of A. on the 19 th. of January i have checked with Australia Post and it has not arrived in Australia. It was suposed to be sent economy air, but now they cannot confirm wether it went by air or sea. Has anybody dealt with this company before, have i wasted my time and money? Very worried, Peter.

Thanks Luke, On checking several sites, it seems that in the U.S they had a 260Z and 260Z 2+2 with the 2.8 motor and called 280Z and 280Z 2+2. Peter.

Hi I am ordering a seal kit and there is a lot of confusion. Could someone please tell me if there is a difference for the seal kit between 260Z coupe and 260Z 2+2. The supplier seems to think I need a 280 Z 2+2 kit Please Help cheers, peter.

Thanks to all who answered. Will send some photos before stripping all the paint of. As I will be painting the complete car, and all the glass etc will have to come out a complete set of rubbers will be needed. checking on the net, found two places. Happy new year to all. Finally got a 260 Z and now have the job of stripping it back to bare metal, repair rust? and painting. Interior is good apart from dash. What a great forum this is, so much info. Could I please have some feedback on importing complete rubber seals kit from U.S. Cheers, Peter.
