Also be aware that Datsun used the same handles for most models of the time. you should be able to pick something up from a wrecker.

In the middle of the Indian Ocean, I kid you not...the other 3 weeks in Melbourne!.

I sussed that 1600 handles might be similar, anyone confirm it?

Incidentally, I do mean the exterior handle, mine snapped in the white metal cast where the wire rod hooks (links) in.

From memory 1600 handles will fit and maybe 1200 and 180B, but I've had a drink and a sleep or two since I've had to worry about door handles for a Z

'Scootag' has a 180B handle on his Zed, from memory it needed only very minor modification and looks the same.

Left and right handles can be swapped...cheap way out of it is if your drivers side still has both "ears" you can just swap sides.

I have a 120Y door handle on one side of mine.  It is exactly the same and required no modifications.
