This car was purchased in around 2005 from Victoria with a blown motor (L28) and then raced for several years in local SA event with various L series engines. Currently nothing is fitted but the loom is complete. After racing I realised that the car has quite a lot of rust to the point that the drip rails have been removed and there is rust through the roof. The rear wheel arches had to be trimmed too and flares were fitted. Surprisingly floors are not bad and battery tray is also ok. Rear fuel filler has been cut out and spare tyre well removed ready for a fuel cell. Windscreen was replaced just before it came off the road but is missing the chrome trim. Will come with an L24 short motor and possible starter/alternator but would recommend an RB swap or similar. I do not think I have a trans for it but if I find it, it's included. What comes with the car: Matching set of rims (Stanza wire wheels) Fiber glass flares (not eBay ones) Fibre glass Rear spoiler Dash, all original guages, matching seats and door trims. Lowered and hardened springs all round. Shocks were new but that was 15 years ago Rust repair dog legs All suspension and steering is complete Both tail lights Rear valance Front panels Original R180 diff Tail shaft This would make a great base for something and finding a low number 240Z is increasingly hard. Make an offer, it's taking up space and with three kids my time to work on it is extremely limited as they're the priority now. Build number : 1561, complied in December of 1971.
