Upholsterer Recommendations in Melbourne?

Hi guys want to get my dash trimmed in leather. Does anyone have any upholsterers that they recommend? Or know of someone who has done a 240z dash?, as they may still have the patterns which will save alot of money and time rather than starting from scratch.

 

Im not interested in getting my dash reskinned to factory spec,  instead i want a custom trimmed dash with red stitched seams to suit my red and black rx8 seats.
