Not for me either, it seems to just be a generic web address from like a flash based website so it doesn't take you to exactly what you want cause the address bar doesnt change as you navigate the site.

 

If that makes sense, hard to put in words....

 

Try this link to the article. I would say the original link was to a gallery of checked photos which is why it didnt work. Just click the photos you want to view and then choose open for the same effect.
