L28 efi motor (SE Melb, Vic)

Hey folks,

 

For those that are interested I spotted a 280z with an intact L28 injected engine at Imlach Wreckers on Centre Road in Clayton Vic. No idea of the condition or price but might be worth a look.

i was going to pull this out. from memory it had around 600,000kms on the clock.

hey i just called them up and they don't know what i am talking about but they will have a look.

i asked for a 280zx efi motor he answered with  turbo or non turbo i said non turbo .

i then asked for complete running ia ca or sr gear ecu and loom

he then said he will call me back 2 min later ask if it was know  a ca or sr i was after.

i said i dono .

 

i thought the 280zx came with a l28

Hey Bryan

 

I assume it's still there ... was a couple of weeks ago that I saw it. They are a self serve place and I have rung them before about whether they have a vehicle on the yard and they have had no clue. Best to just go down and have a look yourself. I would drop in myself to check for you (I work just around the corner), but I am working in Brisbane tomorrow. The car is about half way along the Nissan row, just before three 300zx's.

ok it is missing air box fuel rail disy and starter motor

 

i dont think i can get them bits else were

I've got an airbox, fuel rail and starter. Don't have a dizzy though.
