Boss kits and steering wheels.

Does anyone know of any boss kits and steering wheels for my Zed. They have deep dish boss kits on ebay, but i would rather a flat wheel.

Try autotechnica or if you're near Sydney 55 by Sportique. Most aftermarket wheels have the appropriate boss to suit and there are plenty of good looking wheels out there.

 

Just one word of advice, don't get a suede wheel for everyday use, the suede gets pretty crappy pretty quick from the oil in your hands. I have had a suede wheel in a road car and never again, however the suede wheel in the Z is great as it is only used on the trrack, so for 90% of the time it's being driven I'm wearing racing gloves.

You know its funny your timing here, im looking at sparco suede wheels and a mate just told me the exact same thing and am going to get a normal everyday wheel aswell. But cheers, i have it all covered now.

Its great having a mate who works at Repco.

These guys have nearly anything you could need for like a third of what you would pay in oz, but im about to find out how much shipping will cost.

They even advertise in AUD.

Well I got OHM kart boots for $74, Sabelt suede gloves for $62 and the suede sparco wheel for $204 all AUD. I found the same steering wheel in oz for $339AUD, gloves are mostly over $100 and kart boots for mostly over $150. I'm still not sure how much the postage ended up costing me, but i got all of them a couple of weeks ago and they all work and fit like a dream.

So think twice before buying in oz, just make sure you get the right sizes

i got saas suede wheel and boss kit, from a mate who works at repco as well, for a extemly good price...

 

ebay has the cheapest prices...
