Im Mark, and im a datsunaholic Also the president of the SDC. This is going to be a good cruise. There's a heap of old skool JDM cars already registering interest. !! It would be good to see some Zeds there... A bit of Datsun muscle .. Quote
sydney mike Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Hi Mark, nice to "meet" you President!. no need to be ashamed of your Datsun addiction, you are in good company here. Besides my Zed I have 2 120Y's as well. I noticed at least one amongst your group on Sunday. I was chatting to the owner of a superb series 1 240Z with the RB that is one of your members on Sunday at Lugarno, I think his name is Vince. How many cars do you expect/usually get at your spring cruise? Quote
fveten Posted September 26, 2008 Author Posted September 26, 2008 That was mandy's 1200. we've got a few in the club. We don't have many Zeds though. ?? They all seem to be at the Z club.. Did you see the honey brown 1600 wagon ? that was my PAJ (pride and joy). Its 1 of 14 1600's i have .. hence the addiction. We usually get around 30 - 40 cars to each cruise, but i think to this cruise , judging by the interest ive received it'll prob be over 50. ..Ive posted the cruise on around 10 other forums/ sites.. It'll be good to cruise with more cars around our vintage and origin. So bring on the Zed's Guys !! Quote
fveten Posted October 14, 2008 Author Posted October 14, 2008 Just spoke to the organiser of the cruise for cancer, there heading down to wisemans on the same day. They expect around 80 cars ... + our usual 40 or so cars... this ones going to be HHHUUUGGGEEE !!!!! There's a few rotors coming as well as some Z's, early toyotas...... Bring on the Classic JDM'ers ....!!! For those that cant make it .. sorry to hear... We'll hold the flag no doubt.. Were all going to meet up at 37 old northern rd Wisemans ferry. (for those with satnav's) On the right as you head into wismans on the way to the ferry, after the bowling club.. there's a massive oval that can fit a few hundred cars ...so bring it on !!! Plenty of food and drinks, Pub is just a short work up the hill , bowling club just a stumble , and a kids play equipment area a step away .. Maps will be handed out at Mcgraths hill McD's see you all sunday .. Quote
