L24 Prices

Hi guys,

 

I’m relatively new to the 240z and L series scene – so I’m looking for some info on rough prices for some parts I’m planning to sell from my 240z.

 

I’m currently in the midst of an engine conversion, so the plan is to sell the majority of the parts I’ve removed from the car – I’ve attached a couple of pics of all the stuff.

 

I guess the main thing I would be interested in finding a rough price on is the L24 (running before removed from the car) and the carbs.

 

So any advice on prices would be greatly appreciated – and if anyone’s interested in any of the parts pictured let me know.

Welcome to the forums! With the L24, I'd be interested but unsure of how much you are hoping to get. I've been offered a L26 for approx $100, but I don't want to offer you peanuts.... With the carbies, looks like they are the desired Hitachi's which average about $300 - $400 depending on condition. Radiator again depends how good the core and tanks are someone else might have a better idea. I'm guessing about $150-200?

With the conversion plans, what are you planning to shoe-horn into the bay of the 240?

I've fitted an RB25DET into my 240 - I think you may have actually came and looked at the car earlier this year (out in Greenvale).
