Brake Upgarde for 260Z

Hi,

I have a 1976 260Z 2+2 and am keen to upgrade both front and rear brakes.  Up front I want to fit larger discs with better calipers and on the rear I want to convert to disks. 

What companies are selling kits to do these upgrades. I have read through some old threads but they are old and I know this type of thing changes as businesses move in and out of the space. What options are available now? I would like to buy a complete kit if possible rather than buying parts from other cars and modifying them as I am limited with facilities and abilities. 

Any help/information is greatly appreciated.
