Lynton Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 I am in the process of having now removed my flat tops and std exhaust manifold. I am about to replace the 260z fuel rail with a 240z fuel rail, do I still retain the carbon cannister? (260Z fuel rail has three pipes the 240z fuel rail has two pipes) What happens with all the vacuum lines? What do I do with the water pipes at the back of the motor just plug them? This was a stock standard 260Z with all the pollution stuff on it and water and air pipes running everywhere? Lynton Quote
maddos Posted October 28, 2007 Posted October 28, 2007 I kept the three rail when I swapped my carbs. Just need to slim down on the air lines, think my only has vacuum advance, one to the canister, and then the brake booster. You can just get a couple of brass plugs for the rear water jacket on drivers side of block and one for the themostat housing. Quote
